Every test is taken in clinic by a GMC-registered PA, and your results are returned to you to discuss with your GP.

Yes. You don't need a GP referral. Your sample is taken in clinic by a GMC-registered PA and analysed by our partner laboratory. You receive your results to discuss with your own GP, who can interpret them and advise on any next steps.

It depends on your goal. For a general baseline, a General Wellness or Well Man / Well Woman panel is a good start. For a specific concern, choose the matching panel: hormones and menopause, thyroid, cortisol and stress, gut health, weight-loss and GLP-1 monitoring, or skin and acne. Unsure? It depends on the test. Some panels, such as glucose, cholesterol and certain hormone tests, are best taken after fasting, while many others don't require it. When you book, we'll tell you whether to fast and for how long, plus any other preparation, so your results are as accurate as possible.

Most of our panels use a small venous sample taken from your arm by a GMC-registered PA. It's quick and most people feel only a brief scratch. Where a test can be done by finger-prick, we'll let you know.

Your report shows your results against standard reference ranges. If something is outside the expected range, take your report to your GP, who can interpret it in the context of your health and advise on any next steps. Melatone does not diagnose or treat based on your results.

Our General Wellness panel (£200) covers blood count, liver, kidney, cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid, key vitamins, urine and inflammation; Wellness 360 (£550) adds a nutritional check and bone health.
