Melatone Skin Clinic is a clinician-led aesthetic practice in Battersea, London, built for every skin tone, with a special interest in Skin of Colour, and founded by Arman Zaki, GMC-registered Physician Associate & Aesthetic Clinician, raised in South London with years of NHS general practice experience. We combine medical expertise with a genuine understanding of every skin type and tone to deliver results that are evidence-based and personal.

Where clinical expertise meets inclusive care
Melatone was founded with one clear purpose: to create a clinic where aesthetic medicine is delivered with clinical rigour and genuine care for skin of every type and tone.
Skin of Colour needs specific consideration in laser, peels and energy-based treatments, and too many clinics treat it as an afterthought. Melatone was built so that nobody has to wonder whether this clinic is for them. Our laser technology, treatment protocols, and every member of our clinical team are selected to serve every skin tone across London, from Fitzpatrick I to VI.
We are based at the Battersea Business Centre on Lavender Hill, SW11, a short walk from Clapham Junction. Our treatments span laser hair removal, polynucleotide skin restoration, and our signature HydroMED Pro nine-in-one facial, all delivered in a calm, welcoming environment.

Arman Zaki
Arman delivers evidence-led, natural-looking regenerative treatments (microneedling, PRP, polynucleotides) and, since completing Foundation and Advanced injectables training in September 2026, dermal filler. He combines 5+ years of NHS general practice experience with a patient-centred approach, and oversees all clinical services at Melatone.

CPD-certified through Derma Medical, with advanced training in complications management.

Sangavi Mohanarasan
Our clinical pharmacist and independent prescriber. Sangavi conducts the face-to-face prescriber consultation, reviewing your medical history, goals and suitability, and issues a prescription only where a treatment is clinically appropriate. She is also trained in injectable aesthetics, including anti-wrinkle treatment and dermal filler. No remote prescribing.
Senior Hydrofacial Therapist
Vanessa Paz
Delivers HydroMED Pro facials and skin treatments with a methodical, results-focused approach. Trained across our professional skincare range, she assesses skin concerns and recommends targeted homecare, including ESK cosmeceuticals, under the clinical supervision of Arman Zaki. Having previously worked in administration at NHS GP surgeries, Vanessa also supports Catia Zaki with the day-to-day running of the clinic. Multilingual, with consultations across several languages.

Battersea Business Centre sits on Lavender Hill, at the Clapham Junction end. Most clients arrive by train or bus, and parking is available if you would rather drive.
By train
- Clapham Junction, 10 to 14 min walk Take the Brighton Yard exit, turn left onto St John's Hill, then right onto Lavender Hill. Walk east, the Business Centre archway is on your left.
- Battersea Park, 18 min walk Useful from Victoria. Walk south down Queenstown Road, then right onto Lavender Hill.
By bus
- Routes 77, 87, 156, 345 All stop on Lavender Hill within two minutes' walk of the clinic. Night services N77 and N345 also stop here.
- Nearest stop Tipthorpe Road (Stop C), around one minute from the clinic entrance.

Before you visit
Where exactly is the entrance to Melatone Skin Clinic?
Battersea Business Centre is set back from Lavender Hill through an archway between numbers 99 and 109. Walk through the arch, cross the courtyard, and Block 13 is signposted. Our suite, 13A, is on the ground floor with the Melatone logo on the door.
Is the clinic step-free?
Yes. The courtyard, lift access, and clinic suite are all step-free. Let us know in advance if you need anything else and we will make sure your visit runs smoothly.
What if I am running late?
WhatsApp us as soon as you can on +44 7586 817215. We hold appointments where we can.
Do you offer consultations before booking?
Yes. Most treatments include a clinical assessment, and we offer a £10 patch test for laser hair removal. Polynucleotides and Post-GLP-1 require a £30 consultation, deducted from your first treatment.
Where do I park near Melatone Skin Clinic in Battersea?
Street parking is available on Lavender Hill and surrounding roads via RingGo or PayByPhone, with residential restrictions Mon to Sat 8am to 6:30pm. Closest car parks are Asda Clapham Junction (204 Lavender Hill, around 7 min walk) and the Foxtons private car park (24/7, pre-book via JustPark).
Are you open on Wednesdays?
The clinic is closed on Wednesdays. Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am to 7pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
