About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Melatone™ Skin Clinic website at melatoneskinclinic.co.uk and your purchase of treatments from Melatone Skin Clinic Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using this site or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and cancellations

• Appointments are booked online through Fresha. Fresha's own terms of service apply to the booking transaction.
• We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• A patch test is required before laser hair removal. No-shows for patch tests forfeit the patch test fee.

Treatment eligibility

All treatments are subject to a suitability consultation. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our team, it is not appropriate or safe for you at that time. This decision is made solely in your interest and a refund will be issued where applicable.

Results

Individual results vary. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from any treatment. All claims on this website represent typical results and are subject to variation based on your individual skin type, health, and treatment compliance.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on this website and on our Fresha booking menu, and are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Melatone Skin Clinic Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Melatone is a trade mark of Melatone Skin Clinic Ltd. UK trade mark application UK00004431022, covering classes 3, 41 and 44, was published in the Trade Marks Journal on 11 September 2026 and is pending registration. The TM symbol is used on this website to assert that claim.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to that, Melatone Skin Clinic Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from treatment outcomes, and our liability for direct losses relating to a treatment is limited to the amount you paid for that treatment.

Your statutory rights in relation to goods bought from our shop, including repair, replacement, price reduction and refund for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these terms. See our delivery and returns page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
