Bookings and cancellations

• Appointments are booked through Treatwell. Treatwell's own terms of service apply to the booking transaction.
• We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• A patch test is required before laser hair removal. No-shows for patch tests forfeit the patch test fee.

Treatment eligibility

All treatments are subject to a suitability consultation. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our team, it is not appropriate or safe for you at that time. This decision is made solely in your interest and a refund will be issued where applicable.

Results

Individual results vary. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from any treatment. All claims on this website represent typical results and are subject to variation based on your individual skin type, health, and treatment compliance.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on Treatwell and are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer.
