- Booking and payment records via Treatwell (see Treatwell's own privacy policy)

- Website analytics (page views, session data) via Google Analytics 4, processed in aggregate
How we use your data
- To manage your appointments and provide treatment safely
- To follow up after treatment where clinically appropriate
- To send you appointment reminders and clinic updates (you may opt out at any time)
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
Legal basis for processing
We process most data on the basis of contract (fulfilling your booking) or legitimate interests (clinic administration). Health data is processed on the basis of explicit consent provided at consultation, which you may withdraw at any time.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the clinic (Treatwell for bookings, Google for analytics, WhatsApp/Meta for communications). Each processor is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
Your rights

Retention
We retain client records for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last treatment, in line with NHS and aesthetic industry guidance. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
