Delivery
We ship to UK addresses via tracked courier. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day where possible. Delivery is £3.49, or free on orders over £65. All prices include VAT where applicable, and any delivery charge is shown in full before you pay.
Returns
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare or supplement products once any seal has been opened, unless the item is faulty. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days in their original condition for a refund. Faulty goods are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
