It is the same Skinade daily routine in a travel-friendly format: thirty 15ml sachets of the Skinade marine collagen drink. Tear one open, dilute it in a small glass of water and drink it once a day, wherever you are.
Skinade lists the same ingredients and the same nutrition panel for the sachets as for its 150ml bottles, and its directions treat one sachet as a replacement for one bottle as your daily serving. That gives 7,000mg of hydrolysed marine collagen with vitamin C, B vitamins, MSM, L-lysine and organic flaxseed oil each day, in the same peach and mangosteen flavour.

Research and results
Skinade is a food supplement. In the UK, a food can only claim a health benefit when that exact claim is authorised on the GB nutrition and health claims register, and a claim about how skin looks needs robust trials of the product behind it. Here is what that allows us to say, and what it does not.

The figures in Skinade's own materials come from studies of a collagen ingredient at a higher daily dose, a small case study and a customer survey. None is a large published trial of the Skinade drink, so we do not present them as results to expect.
Study details and sources
Peptan collagen peptide studies
Skinade's Facts & Results document cites two 2008 studies of Peptan, a collagen peptide ingredient: study YNTKK-2008-4144 (Souken, Tokyo) and study 2008-A00654-51 (Dermscan, Lyon). Skinade's clinical data pack gives 33 and 47 women as the participants and 10g of collagen peptides a day as the dose. Both tested the ingredient rather than the Skinade drink, at a higher dose than the 7,000mg (7g) in one daily serving.
90-day case study, Santi Skin Lab, London
The document describes an independent 90-day trial at Santi Skin Lab that measured seven skin parameters with Cortex Technology imaging and reported results against placebo. Skinade's case study presentation lists 15 participants and 5 controls. We have not found it published in a peer-reviewed journal.
Customer survey, 282 respondents
The document reports an independent survey of 282 people who had taken Skinade for periods of 20 to 100 days, describing how their skin looked or felt. A survey records what people report rather than a measured change, so we do not treat it as evidence of an effect.
Quotes and before and after photos
The document also carries quotes from two surgeons and customer before and after photos. UK rules do not allow a food's health claims to be linked to an individual health professional's recommendation, and permission to reuse the photos on our site has not been confirmed, so we have left both out.

How to take Skinade sachets
- Tear open one sachet.
- Dilute it in a small glass of water and drink it. One sachet a day; do not exceed one a day.
- Take it at a time you will remember every day, for example with breakfast. Skinade does not require it to be taken with or without food.
- Keep going for at least 30 days. Skinade recommends starting with a 90-day course, which is three packs.

It suits pescatarians. It is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, because the collagen comes from fish.
Does it contain fish?
Yes. Hydrolysed marine collagen is a fish product and fish is the allergen to note. Not suitable if you have a fish allergy.

Yes. Skinade states it contains no dairy, gluten, lactose, beef or pork ingredients, GMOs, or artificial flavours or colours.
