Anti-Wrinkle Treatments · Battersea SW11
Anti-wrinkle treatments in Battersea. Prescription-only, and a prescriber sees you first.
This is a prescription-only treatment, so the law requires a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber before any treatment. We do not prescribe remotely. Your prescriber is Sangavi, our prescribing clinical pharmacist, who assesses you in person and writes the prescription. The treatment is then administered by Rhianna Beckford, HCPC-registered Paramedic.
A muscle-relaxing treatment that may soften the appearance of expression lines. Priced by area, with targeted options for the chin, mouth, jawline, excessive sweating and the neck. Not permanent. For adults 18 and over. 10 to 14 minutes' walk from Clapham Junction.
How we do it properly
Two roles, kept separate. A prescriber, then a registered injector.
Because this is a prescription-only medicine, it cannot be sold like an off-the-shelf treatment. A prescriber must assess you face to face and decide whether it is right for you. That is the law, and it is also simply the safe way to do it. Here is exactly how it works at Melatone.
Step 01
Face-to-face consultation
You meet our prescriber, Sangavi, a prescribing clinical pharmacist, in person. She reviews your history, your goals and your suitability. No remote prescribing.
Step 02
Prescription, only if right for you
A prescription is issued only if the treatment is appropriate. If it is not the right choice for you, we will say so and talk through the alternatives.
Step 03
Administered by a registered Paramedic
Rhianna Beckford, HCPC-registered Paramedic, administers the treatment, and is trained to recognise and manage any complication.

The prices below are a guide. Your exact plan is agreed at your face-to-face consultation, where the prescriber confirms what is suitable for you. Every option here requires that consultation first.
By area, the classic treatment
An area is one expression zone, the prescriber will help you choose which areas to treat at your consultation.
Targeted and advanced treatments

FAQs from Battersea patients
Common questions.
Why is a face-to-face consultation required before anti-wrinkle treatment?
Anti-wrinkle treatment uses a prescription-only medicine. UK rules require that a prescriber assesses you in person before it can be prescribed, and Melatone does not prescribe remotely. At your face-to-face consultation our prescriber, Sangavi, a prescribing clinical pharmacist, reviews your medical history, your goals and your suitability, and issues a prescription only if it is appropriate for you. This is the safe and proper way to do it, and it is non-negotiable here.
How does anti-wrinkle treatment work?
It is a muscle-relaxing treatment. By gently relaxing the specific muscle that creates an expression line, it may soften the appearance of that line over the following days. It is prescription-only, it is not permanent, and the effect is targeted to the area treated. Results and suitability are assessed at your consultation, and individual results vary.
Who prescribes and who administers the treatment at Melatone?
The two roles are kept separate and clear. Sangavi, our prescribing clinical pharmacist, conducts the face-to-face consultation and writes the prescription. Rhianna Beckford, HCPC-registered Paramedic, then administers the treatment. Both are registered professionals, and you meet the prescriber before anything is prescribed.
Which areas can be treated?
Treatment is described and priced by area. The most common are the upper-face expression areas, priced as one, two or three areas. There are also targeted options including the chin, lines around the mouth, a downturned mouth, a gummy smile, fine lines on the nose, jawline slimming, a treatment for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and a neck treatment. The right plan for you is agreed at your consultation with the prescriber.
Can anti-wrinkle treatment help with excessive sweating?
Yes, a treatment for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), most often of the underarms, is available. Like all anti-wrinkle treatment it is prescription-only and requires a face-to-face consultation with the prescriber first, who will confirm whether it is suitable for you. The price for this treatment is £410.
How long does it last and is there downtime?
The effect is not permanent. It typically develops over about two weeks and lasts around three to four months, after which it gradually wears off. Downtime is usually minimal, with possible small bumps, redness or, less often, mild bruising at the treated points that settle quickly. A review and top-up can be arranged. Individual results vary.
How much does anti-wrinkle treatment cost in Battersea?
By area: one area £180, two areas £215, three areas £240, and a review and top-up £60. Targeted treatments include a brow lift £50, chin, downturned mouth, fine lines around the mouth, a gummy smile and fine nose lines at £180 each, jawline slimming £215 (with a top-up at £60 after two weeks where advised), a treatment for excessive sweating £410, and a neck treatment £410. All require a face-to-face consultation with the prescriber first. Prices verified 16 June 2026.
Is anti-wrinkle treatment safe?
When prescribed after a proper face-to-face assessment and administered by a registered professional, anti-wrinkle treatment is generally well tolerated, but no medical treatment is without risk. That is exactly why we insist on a prescriber seeing you in person first, and why a registered practitioner administers it. Your prescriber will talk you through the benefits, the risks and the alternatives at your consultation. It is for adults aged 18 and over only.
