How we do it properly

A prescription is issued only if the treatment is appropriate. If it is not the right choice for you, we will say so and talk through the alternatives.

Administered by a registered Paramedic
Rhianna Beckford, HCPC-registered Paramedic, administers the treatment, and is trained to recognise and manage any complication.

You cannot book the treatment directly, and there is no online price. Everything starts with a face-to-face consultation with our prescriber. If treatment is clinically appropriate for you, your plan and any fees are confirmed with you in person.
What it treats, and what it will not
An honest map of expression lines. Where it helps, and where it does not.
Anti-wrinkle treatment works on lines made by muscle movement. It is genuinely good at softening those. It is not a substitute for skincare, for volume, or for resurfacing, and an honest clinic will tell you that before you book. Your prescriber confirms what is realistic for your face at the face-to-face consultation.
Areas we commonly treat
- Upper face. Horizontal forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, and lines at the outer corners of the eyes. These are the classic by-area treatments.
- Brow. A subtle brow lift to open the eye area, where suitable.
- Lower face. A dimpled or downturned chin, a gummy smile, fine lines on the nose, and softening lines around the mouth.
- Jawline and neck. Jawline slimming and a neck treatment (the Nefertiti lift) for the right candidate.
- Excessive sweating. A treatment for hyperhidrosis, most often of the underarms.
Which of these is right for you, and whether any is, is decided at your prescriber consultation, not online.
Realistic expectations, what it will not fix
- Lines at rest, not from movement. Creases that sit there when your face is still are often skin-quality lines. Skin boosters, microneedling or peels suit these better.
- Lost volume or hollowing. Flattening of the cheeks or under-eye hollows is a volume question, not a muscle one. That is a dermal filler conversation.
- Sagging or loose skin. This treatment relaxes muscle, it does not tighten or lift skin, and it is not a face lift.
- Sun damage, texture and pigmentation. Tone and surface concerns are addressed by resurfacing and a considered routine, not by muscle relaxing.
- A permanent result. The effect develops over about two weeks and wears off over roughly three to four months. It is maintenance, not a one-off fix. Individual results vary.
If anti-wrinkle treatment is not the right tool, we will say so and point you to what is, whether that is skin boosters, dermal fillers or microneedling.
A note on skin of colour. The treatment itself does not depend on your skin tone, but the surrounding advice does. If you have richer or deeper skin, the right plan considers how your skin scars, pigments and heals. Whether any is appropriate for you, and the plan, is decided at your face-to-face consultation with the prescriber.
Can anti-wrinkle treatment help with excessive sweating?
Yes, a treatment for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), most often of the underarms, is available. Like all anti-wrinkle treatment it is prescription-only and requires a face-to-face consultation with the prescriber first, who will confirm whether it is suitable for you. We do not list a price for it here; any fees are agreed in person at that consultation.
How long does it last and is there downtime?
The effect is not permanent. It typically develops over about two weeks and lasts around three to four months, after which it gradually wears off. Downtime is usually minimal, with possible small bumps, redness or, less often, mild bruising at the treated points that settle quickly. A review and top-up can be arranged. Individual results vary.
