Why Battersea trusts us

What makes us different from the other Battersea clinics.

Credentials, not just claims

Five practitioners, five real qualifications.

An Aesthetic Practitioner, a registered Paramedic, a VTCT Level 4 Laser specialist, a HydroMED Pro practitioner, and a GMC-registered Physician Associate. Full bios on our team page.

Skin of Colour design brief

Fitzpatrick I to VI is the default, not the exception.

Most aesthetic clinics treat darker skin as a complication to manage. We built ourselves the opposite way around. 1064nm Nd:YAG as the default for laser, melasma-aware peels, PIH-aware regenerative protocols.

Honest evidence reading

We cite the studies, including their limits.

Treatment pages cite specific PubMed references with explicit notes about category-level vs product-specific evidence. We will tell you what's proven and what is plausible.

Transparent pricing

Treatwell, never on request.

Every price is on our public Treatwell menu. No bait-and-switch consultations.

SW11 · what we observe from this catchment

What Battersea patients commonly come in for.

A meaningful share of our SW11 patients live in the residential corridor between Battersea Park and Clapham Junction, with a growing number in newer-build apartments along the riverside redevelopment. Patients living in newer-build flats sometimes describe a winter-pattern dryness extending into late spring, which may reflect lower indoor humidity in tightly sealed buildings. Urban particulate matter has been associated with extrinsic skin aging features in laboratory and tissue studies, including barrier disruption and altered pigmentation [1, 2]; relevance for any individual patient is assessed at consultation. We discuss whether modalities offered on the HydroMED Pro platform may suit each patient's protocol; suitability and outcomes vary individually. Booking patterns we observe include walk-in patch-test enquiries on the way to or from Battersea Library, and lunchtime appointments before returning to work in the surrounding SW11 employment corridor.
