They make a great duo, with Arman's medical background and Katia's therapy experience, I felt I was in very safe hands. They both took a lot of time to talk through my skin concerns properly. I do a lot of research myself, so I appreciated how knowledgeable and honest they were. I never felt like I was being sold to.
Initially I was a little nervous about the products being used because I have sensitive skin and a darker complexion, but none of the products irritated my skin, in fact it was tailored for those very things. I was also encouraged to speak up if I had any concerns throughout the appointment.
My skin is definitely looking healthier and smoother after 3 sessions of microneedling so far. I highly recommend anyone who is anxious or doesn't know who to ask for support with their skin to approach Zaki and Catia.
