Bio

Vanessa Paz is Melatone's Hydrofacial Therapist. Vanessa is certified on the HydroMED Pro 9-in-1 platform, manufactured by MediMD: a single machine integrating nine separate tools (foaming cleanser, skin extraction, MediPEEL Hydra, lymph drainage, ice and fire, radiofrequency, facial ultrasound, eye ultrasound, facial contour).

Her facial protocols are built tool-by-tool against the patient's skin assessment, not preset packages. Vanessa adjusts extraction depth, peel acid concentration, and finishing modalities based on Fitzpatrick type and current skin condition, rather than running the same routine for every face.

Vanessa is also the lead therapist for course pricing: a monthly facial subscription that locks in 12 sessions per year at a fixed monthly cost.

Beyond facials, Vanessa is trained across our professional skincare range and assesses skin concerns to recommend targeted homecare, including ESK cosmeceuticals, under the clinical supervision of Arman Zaki. Having previously worked in administration at NHS GP surgeries, she also supports Catia Zaki with the day-to-day running of the clinic, and consults across several languages.
