Polynucleotides in Battersea, honestly explained.

Evidence-led, honest about the limits. Every clinical claim on this page is referenced to peer-reviewed literature. Read the full evidence section for polynucleotides, with PMIDs and DOI links.

Nucleofill, delivered by a registered clinician at our Battersea clinic in South West London. Ten minutes from Clapham Junction, in the London Borough of Wandsworth. We sell it as a Course of 3 because the published protocol calls for three sessions four weeks apart. Anyone offering you a single session is leaving the outcome incomplete.

Why Battersea chooses Melatone

The three things every polynucleotides clinic should give you.

01

The full course, never a single session.

The published Nucleofill protocol calls for three sessions, four weeks apart. We sell it that way. £540 for the course, £180 per session if you prefer to split, with all three booked in.

02

An honest reading of the evidence.

We cite Kim ST 2025 and Ziade 2026 with explicit caveats: category-level evidence is stronger than product-specific evidence. We will tell you what the studies show, and where they stop.

03

GMC-registered delivery, never a beauty technician.

Arman Zaki, GMC-registered Physician Associate, delivers every polynucleotides session personally. Aseptic technique, sterile dressing, post-care plan in writing.

Polynucleotides vs filler

When each one makes sense.

The single most useful thing we do at consultation is tell you which of these two treatments fits your goal, because they do completely different jobs. Filler is a scaffold that adds volume by displacement. Polynucleotides are a signal that wakes your own fibroblasts to improve skin quality over weeks. One restores shape. The other restores quality. They are complementary, not interchangeable, and choosing the wrong one is the most common cause of a disappointing result.

When polynucleotides versus dermal filler is the right tool, by goal
Your goal Polynucleotides Dermal filler
Restore midface volume (cheek hollow) Not the right tool First choice
Under-eye darkness from skin quality First choice Risks worsening
Overall hydration and luminosity First choice No effect on skin quality
Skin texture and fine lines First choice Not the right tool
Replace a lost fat pad or project a jawline Not the right tool First choice

The order matters more than the products. We usually treat skin quality with polynucleotides first, then reassess what volume change, if any, is still wanted once the skin reads as fresh. Some patients book a course intending it as the pre-filler phase, finish the third session, and decide they do not need filler at all. Where filler is the right tool, it is delivered by Rhianna Beckford, our HCPC-registered Paramedic. We will never sell you volume when skin quality is the actual issue. Your course, week by week

The Course of 3, then results.

Week 0

Session 1

Consultation, then your first micro-injections. Numbing cream 15 minutes before. Back to your day after.

Week 4

Session 2

Second session. Most patients notice improved texture and hydration around this point.

Week 8

Session 3

The final session of the course. The published Nucleofill protocol calls for all three, four weeks apart.

Weeks 8 to 12

Full result

Result typically peaks 8 to 12 weeks after session 3. Maintenance every 6 to 9 months.

Polynucleotides at Melatone are delivered by Arman Zaki, GMC-registered Physician Associate, and Vicki Lefeuve, Aesthetic Practitioner. Both will talk you through which tool fits your goal before anything is booked.
