Regenerative aesthetics · evidence-led · London

Evidence-based facial restoration in London.

Restoration is not about freezing your face or filling it out. It is about rebuilding skin quality with treatments that work through your own biology, chosen because the evidence supports them, not because they are fashionable. At Melatone we lead with regenerative medicine: polynucleotides, skin boosters, microneedling and exosomes, planned as a programme rather than sold as a one-off. Clinician-led in Battersea, and within easy reach of the whole city. Led by Arman Zaki, GMC-registered Physician Associate.

In short

What is evidence-based facial restoration?

It is an approach that starts from what your skin actually needs and from what the clinical evidence supports, rather than from a fixed treatment menu. The tools are regenerative: they prompt your own skin to repair, rebuild collagen and hold hydration, so the result reads as healthier skin rather than a frozen or over-filled look. It is planned as a programme, sequenced over time, and led by a clinician who will tell you honestly when a treatment is not right for you. Results vary between individuals, and every treatment is for adults aged 18 and over.

The regenerative stack

Five tools, one programme.

We do not run every treatment on every face. We choose from a small, evidence-backed set and sequence them to your skin.

Why evidence-led matters

Honest beats fashionable.

Aesthetics is full of trends that outpace the science. Our rule is simple: we recommend a treatment when there is a real reason to expect it will help your skin, and we say so plainly when there is not. That is why we lead with regenerative treatments that have a mechanism you can understand, plan them as a course, and set realistic expectations rather than promising a transformation. It is also why we are clinician-led, with every plan overseen by a GMC-registered Physician Associate. Restoration should improve your skin, not just your booking value. Meet the clinician who plans it.

Suitable for all skin types

Restoration that respects melanin.

Melatone is a Skin of Colour founded clinic, so restoration here is planned with darker skin in mind, Fitzpatrick IV to VI. The regenerative injectables we lead with carry no laser wavelength or high-strength acid, so they avoid the pigmentation risk that harsher resurfacing can bring on melanin-rich skin. Where resurfacing is used, it is dosed and patch-tested. If you have deeper skin and have been nervous about restoration treatments, this is a clinic that plans for your skin first. Common questions

Evidence-based facial restoration, answered.

What does evidence-based facial restoration actually mean?

It means we choose treatments based on what your skin needs and what the clinical evidence supports, rather than from a fixed menu or a trend. The treatments are regenerative, so they work through your own biology to repair skin, rebuild collagen and hold hydration. It is planned as a programme and led by a clinician who will be honest when a treatment is not the right fit. Results vary between individuals.

How is it different from fillers or anti-wrinkle treatment?

Fillers add volume and anti-wrinkle treatment relaxes muscle. Regenerative restoration is different: it aims to improve the quality of your own skin, its firmness, hydration and texture, rather than change its shape or freeze movement. Many people prefer this because the result looks like healthier skin rather than an obviously treated face. We can still advise on other options where they genuinely suit you.

Which treatments are included?

Our core regenerative set is polynucleotides, skin boosters and Profhilo, microneedling and PRP, and exosomes, supported by medical-grade HydroMED Pro facials for skin quality. We do not use all of them on every patient. We select and sequence a small number to your skin and your goal, planned at consultation.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the programme. As a guide, polynucleotides are a course of 3 from £540, a LUMI-PRO skin booster is from £150, Profhilo is £450 for the two-session protocol, microneedling is from £99.99, and exosome EXO Grow is from £299. We give you a clear, itemised plan at consultation, and a £30 consultation is deducted from your first session.

Is it suitable for darker skin?

Yes. Melatone is a Skin of Colour founded clinic, and the regenerative injectables we lead with carry no laser wavelength or high-strength acid, so they avoid the pigmentation risk that harsher resurfacing can bring on melanin-rich skin. Any resurfacing is dosed and patch-tested. Suitability is confirmed for your Fitzpatrick type at consultation.

Where are you, and do you see patients from across London?

We are at Unit 13A, Battersea Business Centre, 99-109 Lavender Hill, London SW11 5QL, 10 to 14 minutes on foot from Clapham Junction, which connects easily to Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Chelsea and central London. Patients travel to us from across the city for a clinician-led, regenerative approach.
