HydroMED Pro is a medical-grade skin platform manufactured by MediMD with nine separate tools available: Foaming Cleanser, Medi Skin Extraction (painless), MediPEEL Hydra (hydradermabrasion), Lymph Drainage, Ice and Fire (hot-cold therapy), Radio Frequency, Facial Ultrasound, Eye Ultrasound, and Facial Contour. Your practitioner selects three to five of those tools per session, based on your skin assessment that day. Not every session uses every tool, that is the whole point. Salon hydrofacials typically run the same fixed routine on every client.

Three MediMD-certified practitioners. Catia Zaki, our Clinic Manager and HydroMED Pro Lead, delivers most sessions in clinic. Vanessa Paz, Senior HydroMED Pro Practitioner, delivers alongside Catia and runs course pricing. Both hold the MediMD HydroMED Pro Certified Professional credential (CPD-accredited, May 2026). All sessions are under the clinical supervision of Arman Zaki, our founder and GMC-registered Physician Associate, who is also MediMD-certified on the platform but does not deliver hands-on.

Yes. Catia, Vanessa and Arman are all MediMD HydroMED Pro Certified Professionals, certified by MediMD in May 2026 (CPD Group accredited, 7 CPD learning hours each). Three certified practitioners on the same platform is unusual at our size, and it is deliberate. Catia and Vanessa deliver hands-on. Arman supervises clinically.

Yes. The HydroMED Pro modalities do not interact with melanin in the way ablative thermal devices do, which is why we use it across all Fitzpatrick types. Radio frequency, ultrasound and Ice and Fire intensity are calibrated to your assessment at the start of the session. Vanessa's training has an explicit Skin of Colour focus.

None. HydroMED Pro is designed for zero-downtime, same-day radiance. Any faint flush from radio frequency or extraction settles within 30 minutes. Makeup the next morning is fine.

For visible long-term change, monthly. Course pricing (3 or 6 sessions) is available on request via WhatsApp and is the cheapest way to maintain that cadence. For an event or specific concern, single sessions work well, with a 4 to 6 week recovery between intensive protocols.

Yes. Catia is in clinic running the day-to-day throughout the 26 June to 18 July window. Vanessa covers HydroMED Pro alongside her, both MediMD-certified. Calendar opens daily on Treatwell.

Catia Zaki, our Clinic Manager, is usually the first to reply on WhatsApp at +44 7586 817215. She typically replies within 30 minutes during clinic hours. As the HydroMED Pro Lead, Catia can answer most questions directly, and will pass anything she wants a second clinical view on to Arman.
